A. We aim to ship order within 48hrs of ordering
Q. Where does the meat come from?
A. All our beef is local British beef from Short Horn, Dexter or Hereford breeds
Q. What happens if I'm not at home when the delivery arrives?
A. No problem. We will either leave it with your neighbour or attempt to redeliver the next day
Q. Can the meat be frozen when I receive it?
A. Yes, we deliver fresh, never frozen meat so you can freeze it and use at your next Braai
Q. What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
A. We have a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Call or email us and we'll happily either ship you a new order or refund your money
Q. Is the meat organic?
A. Yes, we only use the best quality meats, and it is all organic
Products and inspection

You are strongly advised to inspect your delivery on arrival. We warrant that goods should not be defective upon delivery; it is your responsibility to contact us within 48 hours if you believe any of the products received to be defective on arrival.

Should you believe any of the goods received to be damaged, you must take clear photographs of the damage and email them to online marc@mectza.com, along with your order number, delivery date and any other information that could be useful in satisfying your concerns. We cannot process damage complaints without photographic proof of damage.

Our warranty does not cover damage that has occurred to the goods while in your possession, including of incorrect cooking methods.
