OUR STORY
Home is where the heart is, and for many of us living in the UK, our heart still yearns for Africa.
Having left Zimbabwe over 7 years ago, getting mates over for a beer, standing around the braai and eating great food takes me back home, even just for a while, where we can laugh and reminisce of Africa and the wonderful times we had under the African sun.
On my journey to find quality meats to put on the braai I found myself standing in an aisle of one of the retailer’s stores, staring at the fridges and not seeing what I wanted. So, we went and found it, The Pickled Porcupine is born. Responsibly sourcing the very best meats, carefully preparing and delivering them to your door the very next day and in time for your next braai.
